Blackbaud Named a 2023 Tech Cares Award Winner by Trust Radius
Blackbaud is Recognized for its Corporate Social Responsibility Program and Commitment to Social Impact
TrustRadius, a trusted research and review platform, has recognized Blackbaud with a Tech Cares Award for the second year in a row. The award celebrates companies that demonstrate a strong commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs that enable their employees and local communities to live in a more sustainable and equitable world.
“One of Blackbaud’s company values is ‘powered by purpose,’” said Margaret “Maggie” Driscoll, chief people and culture officer, Blackbaud. “Our employees worldwide are energized by our opportunity to fuel social impact—both through Blackbaud’s software and how we help our customers, as well as the way we operate our business and give back to our communities. We are honored to be recognized with a Tech Cares award again this year. It’s truly a testament to our people, and the passion they bring to work every day.”
Blackbaud’s social responsibility is characterized by four key priority areas: people and culture, fueling social impact, driving climate solutions, and governance and data responsibility. The company recent progress and highlights can be seen in its most recent ESG report.
“Congratulations to Blackbaud on earning the Tech Cares award,” said Megan Headley, vice president of research, TrustRadius. “Blackbaud’s dedication to driving climate solutions, fostering diversity, empowering education, and supporting employee wellbeing sets a shining example of impactful CSR initiatives.”
To be considered for the TrustRadius Tech Cares Award, each nominated organization had to be a B2B technology company that demonstrated exceptional CSR initiatives with a focus on volunteerism, diversity, equity, and inclusion, charitable donations and fundraising, workplace culture, environmental sustainability, and educational focus on future generations.
